NOTES:
  1. During periods of severe service operation or frequent stop-and-go operation, more frequent inspections of the brake system should be performed.
    1. Mechanical driveline parking brake.
    2. Spring-activated rear wheel parking brake.
  2. Under the following severe operating conditions, more frequent servicing will be required.
    1. Operation at extremely low or high ambient temperature. Operation in heavy dust conditions.
    2. Extended high speed operation with vehicle fully- loaded to its GVWR. Extended low speed operation.
    3. Frequent stop-and-go operation.
  3. Any replacement parts used for required maintenance service or repairs should be genuine UD parts.
